Service area
Northwood Porta Potty Rental
Standard, flushing, ADA and hand-washing rentals delivered across Northwood. Flat weekly rate, servicing included.
Northwood is inside our regular delivery run, and has been for as long as we have been working Orange County. We come in off Irvine Boulevard or Culver, close to the 5 and the 261. Most of our drops here come off Irvine Boulevard, Yale Avenue and Culver Drive.
Landmarks and areas we are asked about most around Northwood: Hicks Canyon Trail, Northwood High School and the eucalyptus windrows along Yale.
Placed properly
The driver squares the unit, keeps the door out of the wrong sightline and leaves it where the service truck can reach it.
We answer the phone
Monday to Saturday, 4am to 4pm, a person picks up. That is the whole customer service system and it works.
Every unit we own, on the same run
Standards, flushing units, accessible restrooms, hand-washing stations and trailers all reach here on one delivery.
Local demand
The kind of work Northwood brings us
The bookings we take around Northwood - one of the older north Irvine villages - run to school events, park district work, home remodels and street and utility projects along the arterials. Tell us which of those yours is and the rest of the conversation is short.

Getting a unit onto your Northwood site
The first Northwood drops of the day go out at 4am. Pick the window you want on the call and we will hold it.
Where the unit sits counts for more than most people assume. In Northwood, the old windrow streets have low branches, so the driver picks an open curb rather than parking under the eucalyptus. Our driver will not leave a unit somewhere it cannot be serviced or cannot be reached.
You are welcome to meet the driver, but very few people do. The description and the gate code are what actually matter.

The Northwood questions we answer most
Firm and level. Asphalt, concrete and compacted decomposed granite all work. Loose sand, soft turf after rain and a noticeable slope do not.
Weekly, included in the rate. Each visit pumps the tank, restocks paper and sanitiser and wipes the interior. Busy sites move to twice a week and we quote that up front.
That is how most site placements run. Same flat weekly rate, no term, no cancellation charge.
It is a regular stop. The useful thing to tell us is not the landmark but how a truck gets to the exact spot, because that is what varies.
Most bookings are filled the next working day. If you need one today, call first thing - the early runs are where the spare capacity sits.
Because a single published number would be wrong for nearly everyone reading it. A weekend standard and a festival bank are not the same job. Quoting on the call takes a minute and is right.
