Porta Potty Rental for Construction Sites in Irvine

Irvine builds constantly - new blocks in the Great Park villages, tenant improvements around the Spectrum, tilt-up work in the business districts off Barranca and Von Karman, and steady road and utility work along the arterials. All of it needs restrooms on site from the first day of grading.

Porta Potty Rental for Construction Sites in Irvine in Irvine, California

Sizing a job site is straightforward. One standard unit covers about ten workers on a five-day week, and you add roughly a fifth more capacity if the crew is working six days. Add a hand-washing station for every three restrooms, and at least one accessible unit where site rules or the general contractor call for it.

The part that catches people out is placement over time. A unit that made sense at grading is in the way once the slab goes down, and it is behind a fence line once framing starts. We would rather move it twice than have the crew walk five minutes each way, so tell us when the site changes and we will reposition on a service run.

Servicing runs weekly as standard and is inside the rate you were quoted. Sites running more than about fifteen people per unit usually move to twice a week, and that gets quoted before it happens rather than turning up on an invoice.

The short list

  • One standard unit per ten workers on a five-day week
  • Add about twenty percent capacity on a six-day schedule
  • One hand-washing station per three restrooms
  • Accessible units where the GC or the site rules require them
  • Repositioning as the site phases, arranged on a service run
  • Weekly service in the rate; twice-weekly quoted up front

The things people ask about this kind of work

Usually the next working day, and often same day if you call early. Our delivery window runs from 4am, which is how units land before a crew starts rather than halfway through the morning.

Yes. Repositioning is a normal part of a long placement and we handle it on a scheduled service run at no drama. Give us a little notice and tell us where the new spot is.

Call and we add them on the next run. The rate for the added units is the same flat weekly rate as the originals.

Regularly. Much of the work around Von Karman, Barranca and the Irvine Business Complex sits behind a gate or a badge reader. Give us the gate code or the site contact at booking.

No minimum beyond a week. Most site placements run month to month and simply roll on until you tell us to collect.

The usual site package is standards for the crew, one hand-washing station per three units, and an accessible unit near the office or the main gate where the approach is firmest.
