Porta potty rental questions, answered

The twelve things we get asked most, without the marketing.

It depends on the unit, the count and the length of the rental, so we quote it on the call. The number you are given is flat and already contains delivery, the weekly service visit and the pickup.

Next working day as a rule, and often the same day if you call early. Delivery runs start at 4am.

One standard per ten workers on a five-day week, or one per hundred guests over four hours, then adjust for long hours, alcohol, accessibility and hand washing. The unit-count tool works it through step by step.

Yes - one visit a week, inside the rate. It covers the pump, the restock and a wipe down. Heavy sites move to twice weekly and that is quoted before it starts.

Only the restroom trailer, which needs a power connection or a generator. Standard, deluxe, ADA and hand-washing units all carry their own water and need nothing from the site.

The deluxe has a foot-pump flushing bowl, a sink built into the unit and a mirror and shelf inside. A standard is a direct drop with a sanitiser dispenser.

On any public or permitted event, yes - at least one, then one for every eight units after that. On a private job site it depends on the site rules.

A week is comfortable for most jobs. Weddings and permitted events should book as soon as the date is fixed, because the trailer fleet goes first.

Yes. Repositioning as a site phases is normal and we handle it on a scheduled service run.

Usually not. Tell us where the unit goes, how the truck gets in and any gate code, and the driver will place it and confirm.

Firm and level. Asphalt, concrete and compacted decomposed granite all work. Loose sand, soft turf after rain and a noticeable slope do not.

No. Everything runs through the phone - it is faster and it lets us check the access and agree the placement in the same conversation.

Still unanswered?

Call. Nothing on this page is more useful than two minutes describing your actual job.

Work out the count first

The unit-count tool takes about thirty seconds and shows the reasoning.

Or compare the units

The unit-match tool draws all five to scale so you can see what fits.
