Service area
Mission Viejo Porta Potty Rental
Standard, flushing, ADA and hand-washing rentals delivered across Mission Viejo. Flat weekly rate, servicing included.
We deliver portable restrooms across Mission Viejo and the rest of Orange County. We come in off the 5 at La Paz, Alicia or Crown Valley. The practical route in is La Paz Road, Alicia Parkway and Marguerite Parkway, and that is what decides your delivery window more than anything else.
Landmarks and areas we are asked about most around Mission Viejo: Lake Mission Viejo, the Norman P. Murray Center, Oso Viejo Park and Saddleback College.
Hand washing where it matters
One station per three restrooms, and one more wherever food is handled. Beside the row, never in front of a door.
Serviced every week
Pump, restock and wipe-down on a fixed day. Busy sites move to twice a week, quoted before it happens.
Changes are a phone call
More units, different dates, a unit moved across a site - a two-minute conversation, not a change order.

The kind of work Mission Viejo brings us
Mission Viejo is the lake city down the 5, and the work reflects that: lake and park events, college functions, sports tournaments and steady residential remodels. We size each of those the same way - headcount, hours, and how the truck reaches the spot.

How we get a unit to you in Mission Viejo
Four in the morning is when the trucks roll. It sounds excessive until you have watched a crew lose an hour waiting for a restroom that arrived at ten.
Where the unit sits counts for more than most people assume. In Mission Viejo, lake access is members-only with its own gates, so the delivery is arranged through the association rather than the street. Our driver will not leave a unit somewhere it cannot be serviced or cannot be reached.
Deliveries here are usually unattended. Describe the spot once, properly, and it will be right.

The Mission Viejo questions we answer most
Yes, by about a fifth. A crew working Saturdays puts noticeably more through the same units, and the sizing allows for it.
Tell us before the day - in Mission Viejo, lake access is members-only with its own gates, so the delivery is arranged through the association rather than the street. A measurement of the narrowest gate or path is worth more than a description.
Yes - one visit a week is inside the price you were quoted, not billed separately. Sites running heavy traffic can go to twice weekly, quoted before it starts.
On placements running many months, yes - we bring in a refreshed unit rather than leaving one on a site for a year straight.
Yes, it is inside our normal Mission Viejo run. For anything ticketed or permitted we will size it against the permit rather than a guess.
Almost always, yes. Same-day happens too when the call comes in early. The 4am start is what buys the flexibility.
