Orchard Hills Porta Potty Rental
Standard, flushing, ADA and hand-washing rentals delivered across Orchard Hills. Flat weekly rate, servicing included.
We deliver portable restrooms across Orchard Hills and the rest of Orange County. We come in up Culver past Portola, with the 261 close by. The practical route in is Culver Drive, Portola Parkway and Orchard Hills Drive, and that is what decides your delivery window more than anything else.
Landmarks and areas we are asked about most around Orchard Hills: the working avocado groves, Orchard Hills Shopping Center and the Loma Ridge foothills behind.
Serviced every week
Pump, restock and wipe-down on a fixed day. Busy sites move to twice a week, quoted before it happens.
Changes are a phone call
More units, different dates, a unit moved across a site - a two-minute conversation, not a change order.
One flat rate
Delivery, weekly servicing and pickup are all inside the number you are given on the call. Nothing is added per visit.
Local demand
Where the demand comes from in Orchard Hills
Around Orchard Hills the steady demand is hillside residential construction, grove and agricultural work, and private events at the larger hillside properties. The mix changes with the season but the sizing logic does not.

Delivery
Delivery and placement in Orchard Hills
The delivery day starts early - 4am - so that a Orchard Hills drop happens before the traffic and before the site gets busy.
In practice, hillside pads are rarely level, so the driver carries boards and sets the unit square before leaving. That single fact settles most Orchard Hills placements before the truck leaves.
If you cannot be there, that is normal. We place from the description and send confirmation.

What people in Orchard Hills ask
Yes. That corner of Orchard Hills is on our regular run, and permitted public events there generally need accessible units and hand-washing stations as well as the base count. Send us the permit condition and we will quote against it.
Almost always, yes. Same-day happens too when the call comes in early. The 4am start is what buys the flexibility.
It depends on the unit, the count and how long you need it, so we quote it on the call. What is fixed is that the number is flat - delivery, weekly servicing and pickup are inside it, with nothing added per visit.
Being one over costs very little. Being three under is the thing people remember about an event afterwards. When the headcount is a guess, use the high end.
Tell us before the day - in Orchard Hills, hillside pads are rarely level, so the driver carries boards and sets the unit square before leaving. A measurement of the narrowest gate or path is worth more than a description.
Weekly, included in the rate. Each visit pumps the tank, restocks paper and sanitiser and wipes the interior. Busy sites move to twice a week and we quote that up front.
